Chirton Primary

CHIPS PTA was formed in the summer of 2021; thanks to the dedication of the parents that have volunteered to date, we have already had some successful fundraising events.

£2000 was donated towards the outdoor Classroom of Wonder that was opened by Sir David Hempleman-Adams.

The school had ambitions to raise money for a new library building. We are delighted to announce that over the summer of 2022, their wish was granted and a purpose-built wooden library pod was delivered to the school grounds.  We used our new space and turned it into a Grotto, during our 'Christmas At Chirton' event. Children, aged 2-11, met Father Christmas and enjoyed 'Storytime with Santa' before being given a gift from himself and his elf.

We are now aiming to fundraise for more essential resources, helping to enrich our childrens' and future childrens' academic life at Chirton.

We have a busy fundraising calendar planned for the 2023 academic year, here's to another fun-filled fundraising year!
